  Spearhead the design and review of new features, ensuring adherence to high-quality coding and design standards.

• Facilitate agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Manage and prioritize the technical backlog, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely delivery of projects.

• Drive the adoption of technical best practices and coding standards across the team.

• Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and documentation.

• Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

• Identify and mitigate technical and security risks, ensuring robust and secure software solutions.
  Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and decision-making.

• Continuously assess and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and product capabilities.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and architecture diagrams. (SRS-ADR)
